The Hello Poster Show is a Seattle-based fundraising exhibition featuring silkscreened posters created by designers and artists from around the world. The show was founded in 2009 by Benjamin K. Shown and Alanna MacGowan as an outlet for designers and artists to flex their creative muscles for a good cause. After a 5-year hiatus, we have joined forces with our friend and colleague, Stephen Bader, to revive the show.
All Hello posters are designed with a theme in mind and are lovingly silkscreened by skilled hands. Each show a limited run of posters are printed and numbered for each of the selected designs. A handful of posters go back to the designer, and the remaining prints are sold at show openings and online. All proceeds from poster sales are donated to benefit local charities.
